Members, we have just been advised by Paypal that they are having IPN (postback) issues and any payments that you may have made to us were probably not credited to your account because of this. They did not have a timeline on when this will be fixed.
This creates another issue and that is we cannot send any mass payments until this is resolved. This means if they do not fix this today that no Paypal cashouts will be processed. We spoke with their technical support on the phone and they advised us they are hoping it will be resolved later today but were unsure.
We will keep you up to date on this issue. If you have made a payment to us today with Paypal and your upgrade, ad credits or ClixGrid ad was not added to your account, please submit a helpdesk ticket with the Paypal transaction id so we can manually login there and verify the information then add it to your account.
