We would like you remind all of you that if you are using other PTC websites to PLEASE be sure and use a different username and or password than your other sites. Members, this is a reminder - PLEASE do not use the same username, password or secret answer here as other sites. The issue is that you do not know if someone from that other site is going to use this information and gain access to your account or email. If you are using the same login information on other websites, please click the Setting link on the top and change your password or secret answer.

Members, daily we are seeing many new PTC sites come online only to see them disappear a short time later. It seems that some of you think entering bogus or incorrect information in the security answer field is ok, it's not. This is there for your security and not correctly answering one of the questions can limit your ability to login to your account. Please be sure to click the settings link on top and make sure your security answer is something you know.

Last week, we announced that we integrated instant survey notifications into our toolbar. No longer will you have to check your email to see if you have available surveys. Now they are instantly displayed on the ClixSense Toolbar and on your ClixSense account profile when you login.

If there is a survey available for you, the number of surveys available will show up in the Surveys button on both the toolbar and on your ClixSense Account.

Members, Please click the settings link on top and make sure that you have a simple one word answer for your security answer. Many people are writing in to us saying they forgot their security answer. This is very important as if you forget your password, this is how you can recover it without our help.
