We'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of our cashout policies and limits. If you have the option of Check selected as your cashout, checks sent to North America carry a minimum $10.00 cashout limit. Checks sent outside of North America have a minimum $100.00 cashout. We were advised this week by some members and confirmed it with Payza that if you reside in the UK that you cannot cashout to Payza at this time. Payza said this was a temporary issue and hope to have this resolved asap. We ask that if you live in the UK and have Payza as your payout to please change this until further notice. Members, we are unable to process Liberty Reserve Cashouts at this time due to their website being offline. They planned a 4 hour maintenance earlier today but it has gone way past that so once they are back online we can process your LR cashouts.

We are reaching out to all members who currently have Payza elected as their payment processor to cashout. If you have a Paypal account we ask that you switch from Payza to Paypal as their fees to receive your cashouts are lower. Also it seems that Payza may be having issues as they again lost their ability to process credit cards and it seems we are unable to make any deposits to them. Members, We have just added a new 500 Ad Credits Pack costing only $1.20. After many requests from you we decided to add this small pack but we still believe the larger packs to be more effective and cheaper. This pack is available ONLY when using your account balance.
We have also lowered the minimum purchase from $2.00 to $1.00 for all transactions done through Paypal, Payza and Liberty Reserve.

First, we have removed the $0.25 fee on all Paypal withdrawals. That's right now we only charge you a 2% fee to process your withdrawal. This new lower fee is only available on Paypal withdrawals. Members, we would like to remind you that Payouts are processed each Monday afternoon on or before 5PM Eastern Time. If you requested an electronic payment they are processed every Monday. If you requested a check they are processed once a month on or before the 10th of the month.

Members, Alertpay is having issues with Credit Card payments. If you have made a purchase with Alertpay using your credit card it will not be processed by them. We have attempted to contact them and ask when this will be resolved but they are unsure.
If you wish to use your credit card to make a purchase we suggest you use Google Checkout until Alertpay resolves all their Credit Card issues.

UPDATE - PayPal has finally gotten back to us and received our paperwork. We are now all set with them and shouldn't experience any further delays in processing withdrawals. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We have now enabled Liberty Reserve as a withdrawal option. If you wish to get your funds to your Liberty Reserve account, please login, click the settings link on the top header and then under Payment Details, change your payout method to Liberty Reserve.
