Tango Card Cashout - Wyre

Posted on May 5, 2017 at 10:00 PM

Members we are sorry to report that Tango Card has removed Wyre, the bitcoin option for cashouts. This is the announcement they sent to us:

"Recently we switched our supplier of Bitcoin rewards from Snapcard to Wyre because Snapcard discontinued operations. With the change, we had anticipated minimal customer and end-user impact. However, the recent changes in crypto-currency regulations, including increased identity and account verification and an increase in the minimum denomination/amount available to send or transfer Bitcoins, has caused poor end-user experience.

Our goal is to provide recipients with a hassle-free reward experience. After reviewing all aspects of the switch, we decided it would be best to remove Bitcoin from our catalogs. This decision did not come lightly and we apologize for how this will impact your own programs."

Tango Card has advised us they are adding new options on their platform for our international members. We should have these new options in Tango in the next week. In the meantime we suggest that if you wish to use Tango Card that you select the Prepaid Virtual Visa.

Thank you

Update

Posted on April 29, 2017 at 11:00 PM

Members, I wanted to announce a few things that we have recently updated. First, we added all new games to the site. We are NOT paying you to play the games as they are there for your enjoyment.

Countries update - We have enabled Vietnam to register with our site now. This is a great opportunity for you to start promoting for members in Vietnam as we just opened this up today.

Payza - I am sorry for the continued delay. The new bank account we setup to send our wires has placed a 10 day hold on the funds we deposited as it was a very large deposit. We are told the funds will be available for us to wire to Payza this week so ALL pending Payza cashouts will be completed soon. I want to thank you for your patience during this time.

Update on Payza cashouts

Posted on April 24, 2017 at 10:00 PM

Members, I wanted to give you an update on the Payza funding situation. We opened a new bank account and completed all the paperwork today. It will take a couple days for them to get the ACH and Wire capability setup for us but we expect this to be fully functional by the end of the week at which time we can initiate a wire to Payza so we can complete your pending cashouts. We're hopeful we can start sending the cashouts by the end of the week.

I want to again apologize for the delay and we will do our best to make sure all Payza cashouts are caught up as soon as possible. There are no delays with other cashouts and they will continue as normal.

Thank you for your understanding.

Payza

Posted on April 18, 2017 at 8:00 PM

Members, on Monday I made an announcement about us being unable to fund our Payza account due to an issue with Western Union. This has caused some confusion and I want to clear the air. First, we are not removing Payza and we plan to continue working with them for a long time. Our issue is that our bank uses Western Union to make wire transfers and for the time being Western Union has temporarily stopped sending wires to Payza. Many other banks are able to wire money to Payza and we will create a new bank account to fund our Payza account.

Please understand, until we get the new account created and funded or if this issue is resolved, there will be a delay in receiving your Payza cashout.

Sorry for the confusion.

Jim

Payza Cashouts & more

Posted on April 18, 2017 at 1:00 PM

4/18/2017 - I wanted to clear up some confusion about this issue. This problem only effects Western Union and not other banks that Payza works with. We could use a diffferent bank to fund our Payza account, but wanted to see if we can clear up this issue before we go through that process.

(18 Apr 2017 11:27 am)

- - - - -

Members, I would like to apologize for the delay with Payza cashouts. Recently, we were informed by our bank that Western Union (which processes most wire transfers for banks) has blacklisted Payza due to an apparent investigation with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. This blacklisting of Payza by Western Union has limited our ability to send funds from our bank account to our Payza account. We have been in touch with Western Union and our bank to see if we can come up with a work around for this issue.

We will keep you updated on our progress and hope for a positive result. In the meantime if you'd like to cancel your pending Payza cashouts so you can use an alternate method, just go back to the My Account page and click Cancel next to your pending cashout or submit a ticket to us and we'll be glad to assist.

Also, we have been working on adding new ways for you to make payments to us and we've been in contact with many companies to try and find the a much easier way for you to get your money. We should have an update on this very soon.

I would like to thank you for your patience and understanding.

Introducing ClixSense Chat

Posted on March 17, 2017 at 1:00 AM

Members, how cool would it be if you could instantly seek the advice of another ClixSense member or have the option to help one of your referrals without using email or contacting the helpdesk to ask us to send a message to someone? How about the ability to instantly reach out to someone in the forum or just meet new friends? Well, now you can! Introducing ClixSense Chat, the all new way to communicate with other members of ClixSense.

ClixSense Chat allows you to instantly PM (private message) a ClixSense member as long as you know their username. With ClixSense Chat you have full control over whether or not you want to talk to someone and you can even block a person from contacting you. You also have the option to report a person who you think may be abusing the chat or spamming.

Please note: Spamming, sending offending messages, name calling or abusing the chat system in any way will result in immediate removal from chat and may also lead to the suspension of your ClixSense account.

To start a conversation just click on a username found on the forum or on your referrals page.

ClixSense Chat may only be used while logged into your ClixSense account and you may receive messages from other members while you are offline. On the top menu there is a Chat link, if you see a number next to this link that number represents the total number of unread messages you have.

On the chat box in the upper right corner there's a menu button, clicking this button will give you the chat options. Please familiarize yourself with these options before using chat.

Please be sure to report to us any issues you may have and please remember to be respectful to your fellow members.

Skrill Cashouts - Update

Posted on March 2, 2017 at 11:00 PM

Update - I heard back from Skrill, they advised me our funds will be deposited on Friday so we will process cashouts then.

Thanks

Members, for those of you waiting on your Skrill cashout, I apologize for the delay. We have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to credit several ACH deposits that we sent from our bank account. I was advised yesterday (Wednesday March 1st) that they needed additional documents in order to complete verification of our account. This came as a surprise to me as we have been accepting payments with Skrill for nearly 2 weeks.

I was also told that the deposits should be credited yesterday or today and as of now we are still waiting. I have also made it very clear to them how displeased we are at how they are handling this situation and that they need to rectify it ASAP.

As soon as our deposits are credited I will process Skrill cashouts, even if its over the weekend.

All other cashouts will continue without delay.

Thank you

I will make another announcement when Skrill is activated.

Checks

Posted on February 11, 2017 at 10:20 AM

Members, for those of you who have elected to receive a check or are undecided about what payout method you want, we are waiting until Monday February 13th before we approve and process checks. This will give those members a little more time to make a decision if needed.

Also, we should have Skrill enabled next week and we also heard back from Payza and it's looking like we should be able to bring them back late next week as well.

We realize this has been a tough week but we're doing the best we can to give you the most options to receive your money.

Thank you

Paypal

Posted on February 9, 2017 at 8:00 PM

Members, I am reposting this as we're still getting a lot of questions about Paypal.

The situation has not changed and we will not be bringing Paypal back.

On Monday February 6th Paypal placed a hold on our account. They advised me that due to new policy changes the ClixSense business model was now in violation of their user agreement and we would have to stop processing all payments (in and payments out).

We attribute this change to the large amount of fly by night PTC, HYIPs, traffic exchanges etc that have made this industry look bad for those that actually run a legitimate business.

I have had several conference calls with Paypal over the last few days trying to convince them that we've posed no risk for the last 7 years since we've introduced them, and even our account rep agrees, but in their eyes it did not matter. On Tuesday afternoon February 7th I was told I would get a definitive answer that night or Wednesday February 8th if we would be able to continue with them for at least mass pay cashouts. I received the call Wednesday morning that they are not allowing us to process with them any more. If you haven't noticed, the option to pay by Paypal has been removed from the site.

While this is definitely a set back, it certainly does not mean you will not get paid. I highly suggest that if you are currently using Paypal to switch to Payoneer. They can send your funds directly to your bank account or to their debit card. We also suggest you try Tango Card or Paytoo as they have many different options for you too.

We have been accepted by Skrill and have started the integration with them and I am doing everything I can to bring Payza back as well.

We have had many requests for Bitcoin but what many of you do not realize is you can get your payment by Bitcoin if you elect to cashout through Tango Card so please be sure to check into that.

We know this is a major inconvenience but as the old saying goes, what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. ClixSense will continue to move forward and we will do our best to provide you with the great service that you've come to know.

Thank you

Jim Grago

New Payment Option - Payoneer

Posted on January 4, 2017 at 10:00 PM

Members, we are pleased to announce the addition of Payoneer for cashouts. Payoneer allows you to send your ClixSense cashout directly to your bank account or to a Payoneer Card (The Payoneer card is not available to all countries).

Please note the minimum cashout through Payoneer is $20.00, however the minimum you can send from your Payoneer account to your bank account varies by country starting at $25.00. Be sure to check the fee schedule before requesting your bank transfer.

For those of you who already have a Payoneer account you can now "link" your Payoneer account with your ClixSense account. To do this, please go to the Profile and Settings link on your account. Then on the right under Payment Details select Payoneer from the dropdown menu. Then click "Connect your Payoneer account now!" This will take you to the Payoneer login page where you will be asked to login to your Payoneer account. Once you are logged in, it will link your Payoneer account to your ClixSense account. At this point you can request a cashout through Payoneer.

If you do not have a Payoneer account and wish to register. Please go to the Profile and Settings link on your account, select Payoneer from the dropdown menu on the Payment details section and click the Create one link. Payoneer will verify your account details before your account is active. This may take 24 hours or longer.

If you do not have a bank account in your name, then you can still use Payoneer but you must elect to use their Prepaid MasterCard® Card. The card is free to order but there are activation and other fees involved. Please read through this entire page for a list of Payoneer fees:

https://www.payoneer.com/fees/

Payza and Neteller will be removed as a cashout option but if their banking situation changes we will bring them back. We're also still looking into Bitcoin processors so please stay tuned.

Thank you
